Our history

1998

The start of an oil and gas projects on Sakhalin. Foundation of the company “Commonwealth Resources” in Russia. Engaging foreign experts in Russian projects
2004

Joining the international company Brunel Group and starting the implementation of projects under this brand. Opening 12 offices in Russia and subdivisions in Kazakhstan
2016

Obtaining the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud) accreditation as a private employment agency
2017

First certification according to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
2018

Business diversification into 6 key verticals. The launch of international projects in mobilization, outsourcing, search and provision of staff by Brunel Russia experts
2019

Employee training on Lean Six Sigma system
2022

Separation from Brunel Group and continuing the work under the new brand, Fersol, while keeping the team, projects, and clients

Certificate ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

In 2016, the company decided to create a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The system is focused on the enhancement of our services and improving the satisfaction of our customers.
To confirm the compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Fersol is regularly recertified by internationally recognized authorities. For a period from 2017 till 2022, Lloyd’s Register was the certifying company.

Certificate ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

In 2023, the company integrated its occupational health system with the quality management system and certified it in compliance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
The occupational health management system helps minimize health risks, safety risks, injuries, while maintaining safe working environment in the workplace, providing compliance with the law and constantly improving the figures concerning labor protection.
