History
1998
– first oil and gas projects in the Sakhalin region. The company was found under the name of ‘Commonwealth Resources’. Made first placements for the largest foreign operators in the oil and gas industry in Russia. Attracted foreign experts for Russian projects.
2004
– the company was acquired by the international company Brunel and started to implement projects under the Brunel brand. Opened of 12 offices in Russia and a representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Execution of projects in Russia and the Caspian region.
2018
– diversified business into six key verticals. Internal Russian team has launched first international projects on mobilization, recruitment and outsourcing.
2022
– reacquisition of the company by the local management, reuniting the expert assets of Russia and Uzbekistan under the Fersol brand.
