Responsibilities:
-Organizing and controlling HR administration processes in compliance with legislation.
-Managing personnel records, including hiring, terminations, transfers, leaves, and business trips.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, military records, and reporting requirements.
-Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
-Collaborating with government authorities and auditors on labor law matters.
- Driving HR process automation and working with HRIS systems.
- Leading and mentoring a team of HR administration specialists
Requirements:
-Higher education in Law, HR, Economics, or related fields.
-5+ years of experience in HR administration, including managerial roles.
-Deep knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
-Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools.
-Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
-Proven experience in dealing with government authorities on HR matters.
-English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
