About the company:
- Foreign Enterprise LLC a Project Company in Uzbekistan, which is in charge of the construction and operation of the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT).
- The Project site is located approximately 150 km from Tashkent
- The schedule for the Project is 36 months for construction and 25 years of operatio- The Project aligns
ith IFC (World Bank group) Performance Standards
Responsibilities:
- Administrative management/supervision of our administrative Department, coordination of administrative activities (Logistics, Doc control)
- HR coordination: recruitment, payroll preparation, training, visa, work permit, HR/Labour code, audit for the project
- Coordination of legal matter with the help of our legal advisor regarding the industrial/project aspect (Kosta legal) and permitting (Juru), HR and labour code
- To inform the management about important changes in legislation
- Implementation of administrative contracts: medical insurance, office rental, photocopiers, translation, etc… with the support of our accountant - Customs: Involved in discussion with EPC Contractor on the issues of obtaining relevant expert opinions from government agencies on exemption from customs duties and conducting appropriate supervision with the help of the financial department
Financial: management of the day-to-day company's expenses, support: advice to the Financial Department
Translation: Letters/docs with help of assistant and coordinate our service contract
- Assistant Top managers (CEO, CFO)
- Animation of the office, site visits (meeting, audit)
- Implementation of a complex of relationships with government authorities, stakeholders, representatives of large corporations
- Development and strengthening of a network of contacts of business partners in order to create a favorable legislative environment
- Preparation of relevant resolutions, orders, other guidelines and normative documents related to the organization of relations with government agencies; Preparation and sending the letters and appeals to the government authorities
- To ensure prompt information to Top management, on all issues related to the activities of the organization in the field of relations with authorities and etc.
Requirements:
- High education
-Experience in assisting to CEO and office job more than 7 years
- English/Uzbek/Russian languages
-Responsable
-Well organized
Work terms:
- 5 days a week
- From 09:00 to 18:00
- Comfortable office in the center of Tashkent
