As Drill Bit Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting engineering and operational teams for all Drill Bit and Drilling Motor operations within the Uzbekistan
- Optimize drilling runs, prepare field reports and end of run reports.
- Drill bits optimization plan
- Drill bits dull grading and future run and wells optimizations
- Leading analytical activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
- Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customer
- Managing the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Proven experience in Drill bits and Drilling Motors
- Demonstrate a track record of operation performance success through optimization
- Have the ability to travel frequently to rig locations in Uzbekistan
- Be able to speak at Russian
- Be able to communicate in English and Uzbekistan is a plus
- Have knowledge of the Drilling process, products, and activity in Uzbekistan is a plus
