We are searching for an HR Director (Englisg Speaking) of new holding entity domiciled in Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a comprehensive HR management system for the newly formed holding.
- Develop unified principles for strategic HR management and formulate the personnel policy.
- Organize and plan HR operations, including the development of internal regulatory documents.
- Manage the HR budget and related expenditures.
- Oversee the full HR cycle:
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Development of competency frameworks.
- Training and development programs.
- Design and implementation of a motivation and rewards system.
- Establishment of a talent pool for key positions in business units and the holding.
- Retention strategy for critical employees.
- Ensure the organization and control of HR documentation and record-keeping.
- Conduct labor market trend analysis and provide data-driven insights.
- Foster corporate culture and organize corporate events and initiatives.
- Lead HR process automation to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, psychology, or sociology.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Director role, preferably within an international company, with experience in B2B being an advantage.
- Experience in developing HR strategy & corporate culture aligned with business priorities.
- Experience in building HR analytics systems.
- Practical experience in drafting regulations and business process descriptions.
- Experience in HR budget planning and control.
- Knowledge of Uzbek labor laws
- Knowledge of Russian and English (2 corporate working languages). Uzbek and French would be advantage for effective communication.
